How to use Word to make letterhead paper
1. Switch to the Page Layout tab, click the dialog Box Launcher in the lower-right corner of page setup, and in the Open Page Setup dialog box, set the top and bottom margins to 2 cm and the left and right margins to 3 centimeters.
2, switch to the Document Grid tab, set the row grid to specify only, and set the number of rows per page to 20.

4, on the Insert tab, in the illustration diagram, select a line in shape, and then draw a line above the first gridline in the document, and snap to the grid line.

6, press the CTRL key, while using the left mouse button to drag the line to the second grid line position, the complete line of copy and paste.
7. Use the same copy and paste method to paste the position of all grid lines on a straight line, including the last line.
8. Copy a straight line above the first line and set it to 4.5 points with ALT + left mouse button for fine adjustment.
9, select the top of the page next to the two straight lines, the center of the left and right after the combination of them.
10, with the 8th step and the 9th step the same way to draw two thin straight lines, the center of the left and right after the combination.
11, switch to the Start tab, in the Edit group, click Select Object in the Select Drop-down menu, and then drag to select all the objects in the document.
