So next, let's take a look at this setup technique and how to insert a half page of the manuscript:
1, after entering the text section of the document and proofreading correct, click the Microsoft Office logo button in the upper left corner of the Word 2007 window → create a new, blank file. (Figure 1)
2, in the new blank document, click the Page Layout tab, in the Manuscript control group, click "Manuscript Settings," and then click OK to exit the text format, rows, and grid colors in the "Manuscript Settings" dialog box, and then, in the Word 2007 default format (that is, the docx file format). Save this new document as a file. (Figure 2)
3, return to the original document, click the Insert tab, click Objects in the Text control group, select the Create by File tab in the Open Object dialog box, click the Browse button to locate the document file that was saved in the previous step, and point to OK. (Figure 3)
4, right click on the inserted left mouse button Select "Set Object Format", in the Open Set Object Format dialog box, select the Picture tab, and, depending on the size of the manuscript you want, enter a number in the bottom box in the crop item, and then trim down a portion of the inserted large manuscript. (Figure 4)
5, if you want to insert a half a page in the manuscript text (such as composition title), you can double-click the inserted paper will open a new manuscript input document, the entry is completed directly after the document can be closed.
