1, in Word 2007, set the layout of the poster, insert the appropriate picture and adjust the position.
2, on the Insert tab, in the Illustrations option group, open the Shape drop-down list, select text box in the Basic Shapes area, and add two horizontal text boxes to the page, as shown in Figure 2.

3. Select the 1th text box, and in the Text option group of the Contextual tab on the format, click the Create Link button, where the cursor changes to a tilted water cup shape (
, and then click the 2nd text box, which establishes a link between the two text boxes, as shown in Figure 3.

4, enter the text in the 1th text box, the part of the text box will automatically appear in the 2nd text box.
