in Word, sometimes because of the variety of data, we need to make some very long tables, which leads to a problem, when the table extends to the next page, because there is no header, often resulting in data and content does not correspond, looks very laborious.
One way to do this is to add a table header at the beginning of each page, one page at a point, by copying and pasting. This method not only trouble, and when the data items have changes, the title head is easy to dislocation, modified also very troublesome.
Of course there's a simple and effective way to get Word to automatically add header headers. First select the header of the table, then right-click, and choose Table Properties from the right-click menu.
In the Open Table Properties dialog box, switch to the Rows tab, tick the top of each page to repeat before heading, and click OK to return.
Now look at the table on each page, the header has been automatically added, but you insert a new row or delete some table rows, the header is always on the first line of each page, this is more convenient.
