System Overview
The human resources management subsystem can manage employee profile, applicant profile, Talent recommendation, and track and record the process of employee entry, transfer, and retirement. Other ERP modules read personnel information from human resources. If the procurement module requires information from purchasers, the sales module requires information from sales personnel, and the quality management module requires information from inspectors.
System features
- Create a recruitment information library based on the company's situation. Records employees' natural information, including resumes, family members, education and training, and severe punishments. Provides basic information for statistical analysis, salary adjustment, and training and education
- Set up internal codes for employees, such as the title, gender, ethnicity, and education level. The user uses this function to develop the enterprise's human resource planning, providing a basis for enterprise restructuring
- Track and record the process of employee entry, transfer, resignation, retirement, and reemployment
- Records basic information of employees, contract information, salary information, work information, personnel archives information, foreign personnel management, etc.
- Query comprehensive personnel information and reports. Based on the personnel account, conduct random and comprehensive queries on various Labor and Personnel Statistics and personnel information, such as query of work conditions, query of cadres, query of retired employees, and query of employees' cultural knowledge and structure.
