Added support for adding rar files for custom attachment Upload types in wordpress

Find the application/zip in the wp-uplodes/functions. Php file, and add

'Rar '=> 'application/rar ',

Other solutions

Method 1: Use winrar to compress the file in zip format.

Method 2: Disable file type detection directly, add such a code in the wp-config.php file

Define ('allow _ UNFILTERED_UPLOADS ', true );
