I found that my time suddenly increased a lot, so I could watch the NBA for a while. This was something I did not want to think about during the four years of being a programmer. Maybe I could watch it occasionally, but you cannot see that much.

Looking back, I think programmers are a respectable and miserable job. At least I think it is like this in China. It is respectable that programmers can often waste their time and work overtime day and night to solve a technical problem or to make a tight project schedule. The technology level is growing. Quickly reached a high level and became an indispensable player in the circle. Sadly, with the endless overtime, my life is gone, and the program is the whole of life. Every day, except for eating and sleeping, I write a program. Very few people have their own lives. Seeing the comrades who are still struggling on the front line, they will know that they have not even had time to make friends with their girlfriends.

Everyone needs to plan their own lives and their careers, especially programmers. If you do not plan, it will be difficult to work overtime to solve technical problems when you are older and have a family. The family is not allowed, the life is not allowed, and the body is not allowed.

So how should programmers plan their own careers?

Some time ago, everyone in the blog Park was writing their own vision and plan for 2008. But how many people have made their long-term plans? I did not write it above, because at that time, during the transition period, the software R & D department had to do things, the sales department had to learn things, And I was busy. Now I am idle, you can have a chat with friends in the garden.

In fact, I have always liked the. NET program, and I have been exploring it in this circle. I am not a programmer, and I am still a good programmer and project manager. When a customer talks about a project, I don't need to have support from a pre-sales engineer like other sales personnel. I can communicate with the customer without development. You can also write the technical solution by yourself, or you can submit it to the pre-sales consultation after detailed planning. When I had enough time, I often learned to track Microsoft's new platform, and often offered internal training to the software R & D department to share my previous experiences.

At least I have made plans for myself and put them into action to make a software sales. What about you?
