  First question: your role in the interview

Therefore, we should never start to think that HR is on the opposite side of you. If you stand in the wrong team, your interview will basically end. Most candidates will prepare for the interview, read a lot of interview experience, and I will also (HR is not silly, of course, wondering how the other party will deal with the interview ). In fact, these are basically useless. Think about it. Why did the company ask you to come for an interview? If I need a resume from a recent graduate who has work experience, what do I want you to do for an interview? I am looking for a master student with a high degree of education. In this year, my undergraduate master students are flying all over the sky. I have asked you to come to the interview. It must have been a long time and I have sent a message!
  
Therefore, the most important thing in the interview is to show your strengths, rather than making up for your weaknesses. Because companies employ people only for their strengths, they are not looking for three good students, but not looking for excellent talents!
  
  The second question: what kind of capabilities are presented?
  
Today, we are talking about what kind of skills are most needed to be presented during the recruitment interview. The HR professional statement is very complicated. What kind of competency model, quality structure, and career orientation ...... There is no problem between colleagues. In actual work, don't say that the candidates are dizzy. Sometimes even the managers of the Department who are thirsty may feel impatient.
  
1. Demonstrate your abilities not to be trained

The principle is very simple. There are two types of capabilities and Quality: trainable and hard-to-be-trained, and you can judge by yourself.
  
Test: Oral English, hardworking, honest, kind, communication skills, understanding of the company's product knowledge, familiarity with the company's industry, computer capabilities, financial knowledge, work initiative, coordination and analysis capabilities ...... You are an employer. Where do you focus on? Of course it is not easy to train!

2. Show your irreplaceable capabilities
  
As a recruitment specialist, I am making multiple choice questions every day. Among the many candidates, I find the one that meets or exceeds our expectations. The vast majority of resumes I see every day can be said to be a thousand people. The most typical examples are graduates, who have excellent scores (ranking 3/50), English level 4 (cet6), Computer Level 2 (level 3), and excellent scores (ranking) I have received a scholarship for n consecutive years, participated in ** student organizations, and worked as an intern for several months in ** the company. In other words, as long as the company wants to recruit and have a long dragon at the door at any time, your chances of success will be minimal.
  
Looking at the problem from another perspective, why is it difficult for grass-roots employees to recruit department managers and technical experts? The interview is called interview. I think the meaning is completely different. Interview and face-to-face tests. Based on your score, you can objectively assess how many points you have scored and how many points you have chosen. The goal is to choose the best option. Interview translation should be an interview or meeting, as a communication process, interviewer communicates with the applicant about the company's business conditions and the job details that can be provided, while candidates introduces the applicant to his/her resume, abilities, experiences, and other information, this allows the other party to know themselves and then understand themselves. We hope you will come with expectation before the interview! What are the expectations? In short, it is more suitable than the predecessor! So how can we make ourselves more suitable for the company's expectations?
  
1. Study the recruitment advertisement of the other party. Generally, the other party will write the job content of the position in the advertisement, and the requirements for the position. Compare yourself. If the other party has a college degree or above and you are a master's degree, don't get bored and delay everyone's time. Isn't that true? If the other party has written more than three years of work experience, the other party will certainly not want to start from college graduates to train a newbie. The basic conditions are not suitable, so you can go to the interview, either the other party is bored or the other party's HR is a new cainiao.

2. During the interview, pay attention to the mentality of the other party, say something vulgar, listen to the voice, the other party is a state-owned enterprise, and is responsible for finance. If you ask how well your English is, you have a lot of eyes and don't need to work, don't let it go. Maybe your predecessor is an English company! I often encounter this problem.

3. highlight the key points. I often encounter such a candidate. I usually graduate for a year or two and sit down in the conference room. If I don't have to say anything, I will flip a lot of books out of the bag and he will be able to fill you with many tables, english, accounting, trade, customs clearance, computer, marketing, management, pr ...... I was dazzled. I couldn't think of it, but I couldn't get it out without him. I'm weak enough to ask what position do you want to apply? Answer: "I think your company is very good. Another kind of first impression is the phone appointment, which is generally done by HR people. It seems simple, but in fact the performance of candidates is also high and low.
  
There are three types of phone answering skills that are difficult to think about: beginning and end, Yun, and relying too much.
  
In the past, the Chinese state of etiquette has always been the principle-oriented, but it has fallen down to the modern era. It seems that the times of the ritual are especially bad when the phone is invisible to the other party. Hello is what you say when you answer your phone in English. It's just the same as what you say when you say hello to your daily friends. Then, let's look at us and create a "hello". It's actually very rude, you think, who said hello to others and shouted "hello" directly on the road? What's more, the voice "hello" has multiple meanings (thanks to the four voices invented by the ancestors), which can express the response and question, which is still justified, it can also express questioning, provocation, and impatience. The first impression of a person cannot be broken! It's a bit cool, but this is the case.

It is better for me to answer questions like this. Where do you reflect your ability to work?
7. The interview has started before telling you
  
Let me tell you a story about Zeng guofan, hailed as the last major event in modern Chinese history. One day, Zeng zhenggong (Zeng guofan's nickname, "Wen Zheng" is the highest specification of Chinese civil servants in ancient times, and 13 Zeng guofan was the last in the Qing Dynasty) studied at home and suddenly received an old saying, visit the palace! Is this story a bit like today's interview? From the perspective of people you have entered, the interview has started. I usually talk to the candidates before the interview, for example, what kind of transportation means are there? The accent is not a local speaker, family Information, do not know our company's colleagues, how do we know our recruitment information, and so on? In fact, this information is not easy to collect during the interview, but it is indeed useful, therefore, this is actually part of the interview, and you should be as cautious as the interview!

Where do you want to know how far your home is from your company by means of transportation or home? What if you want to do after work for more than an hour? Ask your family about your stability and separation between two places? Are you an only child? Younger children? And so on. (here we don't talk about the so-called employment fairness. In my mind, I really want the job to be fair, but the social reality does not encourage companies to do so.
