IAR IDE issue. 1

1. When modifying the output of the bin file of the IAR embedded, because the include debug information in output is checked in option->linker, the bin file is very large (880K), minus the tick only 37K, But found out to remove the include ... Time, the warning vector_table symbol not found appears at debug time. Re-enough to get back again.

The bin file is too large because the include debug information in output is checked, so that the bin file to be generated should write Linker->output output file name as Xx.out format and then output Convert out format binary, tick override default to fill in the file name.
