Idea , like Eclipse , imports the jar into Lib under the following operation:

First Build the war Project, create the lib package,Libraries below the jar Package , such as

then copy the jar you need to add to the Lib , see.

then use the shortcut keys Ctrl+shift+alt+s,

Go to the Popup box, select the Jar package to add, see.

After adding, write a test class, see.

Although the added jar does not appear in the 3 location, the tested class determines that the jar has been successfully imported.

Delete the jar package, also similar to Eclipse, first remove the jar under Project Structure Package, see.

then, under Lib , right-click Delete is OK.
