Procedure:

The computer is currently a dual-hard disk (SSD + HDD), the system is currently installed in the SSD, the device seen in the notification area is HDD, HDD can be removed as normal to the USB storage device.

Windows Device Manager:

 

 

Quickly press F1 to enter the BIOS-Devices-ATA Drive Setup tab;

 

 

Change the settings on the SATA Drive 3 Hot-Plug Support tab to Disabled. Click F10 to save and exit the BIOS interface. The problem is solved.
