Before graduation, I know that it people love to change jobs. I also vaguely remember to say that relevant regulations and systems are required to limit the frequency of IT talent changes, for example, when major companies collect statistics and publish their work experiences, they agree that they will not be hired if the number of job-hopping times reaches a certain value. At that time, they thought they were so fond of job-hopping. Now I am in the IT industry, and I may be used to IT personnel switching. I am not as curious as I saw the news and reports. I also heard that I can raise my salary when I change my job. I don't know if it is true.
In fact, I am still a neutral attitude towards job-hopping, because I feel that the company can provide enough space for employees, give them a sense of belonging, and make them feel well, etc. Employees must not leave, if you say you want to jump, I can only say that you are too young. Therefore, I am not paying too much attention to this condition during recruitment, because this requires a dialectical view, when I examine my company more, I will make him feel happy. It will be his pursuit. I just want to make the matching job seekers come to the company as much as possible.
In the end, I still think that if I can, I believe that no one would like to change jobs. Of course, I also skipped the job. I believe that, as in the legend, people who did this in year 45 skipped the job. What if so? What if so? Why do you say that the company is willing to ask a new employee for a higher salary because the salary is so low for the old man staying in the company? Many people are willing to act as Sb, because they give more money. When I go to a new company, I will inevitably act as a new employee. When I first leave, I will inevitably be considered unable to do anything. But after job hopping, I must pay a higher salary than the previous job in the east, this is equivalent to a higher salary than those who do not change jobs in this company. So, the old man cannot get used to it. Why? So the old man also chooses to change jobs. Another is that after graduation, my salary is low and I have been working normally for two years. I have learned from myself, and I have changed my job. Why? Now, I can find a job with a high salary, why can't the company take the initiative to increase the number of points?
This is also an endless loop. I think the termination condition of the endless loop is that the company gives proper treatment to old employees and is stable.
Therefore, I personally think that when recruiting a company, while blaming job seekers for changing jobs, I should all look at how I treat old employees, how I do it, and how I generate a job-hopping.
