First, two DoS Files are required for the virtual optical drive: shsucdhd. EXE and shsucdx. EXE.
Write the following content for batch processing: Program :
@ Echo off
Shsucdhd/F: % 1
Shsucdx/D: SHSU-CDH
Named loadiso. bat
Then you need to download vfloppy, which is a software used for virtual soft drive.

We recommend that you use winimageimages, including himem.sys1_emm386.exe, smartdrv, and format.
Shsucdhd. EXE, shsucdx. EXE, and loadiso. Bat are enough! Note: config. sys and autoexec. bat must be different.
You need to add the DOS drive, so you cannot use the Virtual Drive!
After you load the saved imgfile with vfloppy and restart the computer, you will find that the "Start from virtual boot floppy disk" option is added before entering the system, select it to start the DOS environment started by a vfloppy virtual floppy disk.
In the root directory of the E drive, enter loadiso E: \ winxpcn. ISO, and the image will prompt that the CD image has been loaded. Run format C: Remove drive C, switch to the drive letter of the loaded disc image, and enter the i386 directory. Run winnt to install it!
Note the following points:
Do not place the ISO file of the XP installation disk in the NTFS partition. If your computer has another NTFS partition, the drive letter of the file may be different from that of DOS in XP! Check whether the disk where the ISO file is located is loaded!
Before installing XP, make sure that smartdrv is running. This is the same as installing XP on the hard disk. Otherwise, it takes a long time to copy files to the hard disk !!!
Why can I split the drive C after vfloppy virtual soft drive is started? This is because the virtual floppy disk is actually running in the memory. As long as you don't restart your computer, there is no problem! One step in the XP installation process is to copy files to the hard disk and restart the computer! In fact, you will not need to install the XP disk in the future. Therefore, you can continue the installation !!!
It is a green software and does not need to be installed. It does not write anything into MBR like a Simulated Virtual soft drive! More secure and reliable !!!
