The way to establish an SMTP server under IIS is simple, just keep the default SMTP virtual server in the startup state in IIS Manager, and generally no more settings.
If you want to use your SMTP server to send a letter, simply put your email client software settings in the "Outgoing Mail server (SMTP)" entry in "localhost", no matter how your IP address changes, it will work, as shown in Figure 6.
