1. Draw the flowers in the pattern
1. Click the star tool button in the toolbox and click the left mouse button on the page to bring up the star dialog box. The parameter settings are shown in figure (1)
2. Click "OK" to draw a star on the page. The outline color of the star is orange (R: 255, G: 204), as shown in figure (2)
3. Select the drawn star, and then add the star from bottom up to the purple (R: 152, G: 2, B: 126) radial gradient, add a gradient image as shown in figure (3)
4. Click the "" button in the toolbox and drag the mouse on the star control point. The control handle is displayed on both sides of the control point, as shown in figure (4)
5. Drag the mouse to a proper position and release the mouse. Click the left mouse button on the control handle displayed on the right side to drag and adjust one of the control handles, the adjustment status of its control handle is shown in figure (5)
Tip: When you press the left mouse button to drag the control point for the first time, two control handles will appear on both sides of the control point. If you drag the mouse freely, the control handles will always take the control point as the symmetric point. When you release the mouse and adjust any one, the other will be locked. After adjusting the image, click the mouse again on the control point, and the adjusted control point is restored to the form when no adjustment is made.
6. After adjusting the control handle on the right, adjust the control handle on the left using the same method. The status is shown in figure (6).
7. Adjust the control handle. After the image is deformed, click the "select tool" button in the toolbox and drag the left mouse button on another control point of the image. The status is shown in figure (7)
8. Move the control point to a proper position and release the mouse. Adjust the control points in the image in sequence in the same way. The adjusted shape is shown in figure (8).
9. Click the "elliptical tool" button in the toolbox to draw an elliptical shape on the adjusted Image. The contour color is set to orange (R: 255, G: 204 ), then, add the red (R: 255) to the yellow (R: 255, G: 255) linear gradient to the lower and upper sides of the elliptical shape, as shown in figure (9).
10. After the elliptical shape is drawn, the petal graph is created. Select the drawn petal graph, select the "object"/"group" command in the menu bar, and group the petal graph.
11. Select the petal image behind the group, click the "rotate tool" button in the toolbox, and click the mouse to confirm the center of rotation under the petal image. The adjusted center of rotation is shown in Figure 10)
12. Place the cursor on the petal chart and press the left mouse button, hold down Shift + Alt at the same time, drag the mouse to rotate and copy the petals, drag the mouse to rotate and copy the image status of the petals, as shown in figure (11)
Tip: When you rotate the petals, press Shift to make sure that the image is rotated at a multiple of 45 °. Press Alt to make sure that the image is copied. When you press Shift + Alt to rotate and copy the petals, you can make sure that the petals are rotated and copied in multiples of 45 °. When rotating and copying, first press the mouse and then press the corresponding key on the keyboard to ensure that the image is rotated or copied at a certain angle.
13. Drag the mouse to a proper position and release it. Rotate and copy the petals. The figure of the petals is as shown in Figure 12)
14. After rotating and copying the petal image, hold down the Ctrl key and press the D key twice in a row. Repeat the rotating and copying operation of the petal, as shown in figure (13).
15. Click the "elliptical tool" button in the toolbox, hold down the Shift key, draw a circle at the center of the flower shape, and set the contour color to orange (R: 255, G: 204 ), then add the white color to the radial gradient of the purple (R: 152, G: 2, B: 126), as shown in figure (14).
II. Drawing secondary images
1. Click the pen tool button in the toolbox, click the mouse continuously on the page, draw the path image as shown in figure (15), and then click the button, adjust the path Image. The adjusted image is shown in figure (16).
2. Adjust the drawn path, set the outline color to orange (R: 204, G: 162, B: 22), and add orange red (R: 251, g: 172, B: 12) to Green (R: 24, G: 141, B: 54) to Green (R: 32, G: 145, B: 52) as shown in figure (17.
3. In the same way, select "Pen tool" and "" in the toolbox and draw the image as shown in figure (18, add yellow (R: 247, G: 246, B: 25), Orange (R: 247, G: 186, B: 14) Green (R: 22, g: 138, B: 54.
4. Select the "elliptical tool" and "" in the toolbox, draw and adjust an image similar to an elliptical one in the image, and add the yellow (R: 247, G: 246, B: 25) to Green (R: 47, G: 152, B: 47) radial gradient (19)
5. Select "Pen tool" and "" in the toolbox, draw and adjust the image shown in figure (20), and set the outline color to orange (R: 204, g: 162, B: 22), fill color set to green (R: 22, G: 134, B: 56 ,)
6. Select the drawn secondary image and double-click the "rotate tool" button in the toolbox to bring up the "rotate" dialog box. The parameter settings are shown in figure (21.
7. Click OK to rotate the selected secondary image.
8. Double-click the "reflection tool" button in the toolbox to bring up the "reflection" dialog box. The parameter settings are shown in figure (22).
9. Click the Copy button to reverse copy the secondary image.
10. Click the select tool button in the toolbox to move the secondary image after reverse copy to the right. The placement of the image after the move is shown in figure (23).
11. Combine the secondary image with the preceding floral image, and adjust the position by running the "object", "arrange", and "route to the last" command in the menu bar, figure (24) shows the combined graph format.
12. Copy the secondary image horizontally and combine it into the image shown in figure (25).
3. Draw other components in the pattern
1. Press and hold the Alt key, copy one of the secondary images drawn above, stretch and deform the image, and change the color gradient of an image inside the flower, the analysis of its secondary image adjustment operations is shown in figure (26).
2. Click the "corner rectangle tool" button in the toolbox to draw a corner rectangle under the adjusted secondary image and add the light blue (R: 128, G: 207, B: 226) to the radial gradient of dark blue (R: 11, G: 76, B: 159), as shown in figure (27.
3. Select "Pen tool" and "" in the toolbox, draw and adjust the image as shown in figure (28), and set the fill color to dark green (R: 0, g: 136, B: 55)
4. Select the adjusted image, select the "object"/"group" command in the menu bar, group the image, and combine it with the image drawn above.
5. Click the rotate tool button in the toolbox and click the mouse in the center of the flower shape to determine the center of the rotation. The center of the rotation is shown in figure (29.
6. Place the cursor on the graph and press the left mouse button, hold down Shift + Alt, drag and hold the graph for rotation and copying. The status is shown in figure (30.
7. Drag the mouse to a proper position and release it. Rotate and copy the image, as shown in figure (31.
8. After the image is rotated and copied, press Ctrl and press D twice in a row to re-execute the image rotation copy operation. After the image is rotated and copied, the format is shown in figure (32).
9. In the same way, select the image and perform rotation copy again. The operation steps for rotating and copying the image are shown in figure (33.
10. After rotating and copying the image, repeat the rotating and copying operation to complete the image shown in figure (34.
4. Create a pattern background
1. Click the "rectangle tool" button in the toolbox, hold down the Shift key, and draw a square on the page.
2. Open the "graphic style" dialog box, select an appropriate graphic style, and adjust the fill color of the rectangle, the selected image style and adjusted fill color are shown in figure (35.
3. Combine the drawn square with the image drawn above, and select the "object", "arrange", and "route to the last" command in the menu sample to place the square behind the image, the combined image effect is shown in figure (36.
4. Copy the image at the center of the combined pattern, as shown in figure (37.
5. Select and delete the floral image in the lower-right corner, as shown in figure (38), and place it in the upper-left corner of the pattern, as shown in figure (39.
6. Double-click the "placement tool" button in the toolbox to bring up the "rotate" dialog box. The parameter settings are shown in figure (40.
7. Click the Copy button to copy the selected image, and then place the copied image to the position shown in Figure 41.
8. Copy the image on the following two corners in the same way, as shown in figure (42.
9. Select "Pen tool" and "" to draw and adjust the bird shape as shown in figure (43). The color of the graphic is filled with purple red (R: 153, G: 87, B: 121), yellow Gray (R: 204, G: 162, B: 8)
10. Create a group of bird images and place them in the screen. Then, copy them to complete the design. The overall effect is shown in figure (44.
