I will give you a detailed analysis of the Illustrator software to share with you the tutorial on designing the rotating leaf.
Tutorial sharing:
1. Open the original clip graph, rename layer 1 as the "source image", and lock the layer.
2. Create a new layer named "background image ". Select the Rectangle (Rectangle) tool from the toolbox, press Shift to draw a 145x145 square box, and set the border color to red ", set it to the contour of the layer "source image.
3. Create a new layer named "guides ". Select the "View & rarr; Show Rulers" (View & rarr; display ruler) command to pull one horizontal and vertical guides from the horizontal and vertical scales, place it on the horizontal and vertical midpoint of the square box.
4. Create a new layer named "skeleton line ". Select the Line tool from the toolbox to draw the skeleton Line of the square "meters.
5. Create a new layer named "". Select the Pen tool from the toolbox and draw an arc along the leaf radians in the pattern. Select the "Effect & rarr; Stylize & rarr; Add Arrowheads" (Effect & rarr; style & rarr; Add arrow) command in the menu to Add an arrow to the arc, as shown in Figure 1, lock the layer.

Note: The leaves are the subject of this pattern. Some leaves go up and some leaves go down to form a movement melody that rotates and grows. Therefore, the vividness of this pattern is as follows, it lies in its sports melody, which accurately interprets the natural scenery with spring flowers and vitality. This pattern is not symmetric. In a pattern, the upper half area with more leaves has fewer flowers and the lower half area with fewer leaves have more flowers. Therefore, the entire pattern shows a dense pattern.
6. Create a new layer under the "going" of the layer and name it "pattern ". Use the Pen tool to draw a complete big leaf positive view, open the Stroke panel, set the line width to 2, and the endpoint to a circle, select "Dashed Li", set the dotted line length to 0.6, and the spacing to 3, as shown in figure 2. Select all the leaves and press Ctrl + G to combine them.

7. Press the "Alt" key to copy the leaf and use the "Direct Selection" tool to adjust the small leaves, as shown in figure 3.

8. select all the small leaves in groups, select the two leaves in groups and copy them out. Place them in the corresponding positions and use the "Rotate" tool, adjust the direction and shape of the two leaves, as shown in figure 4.

9. Next, draw the side view of the leaves, as shown in figure 5. Copy the nodes into the group and place them in the corresponding positions. Then, use the "Rotate" and "Direct Selection" tools, adjust the image (note: The image on the upper left and lower sides of the border is part of the leaves, we keep the complete leaves first. Open the Align panel, select the upper and lower leaves of the same column, and set the left alignment. Select the left and right leaves of the same row and set the top alignment ). Use Ellipse and Pen to draw flowers and branches, as shown in figure 6. (Note: Here, we set borders of different colors for images of different shapes to be clear .)

10. Next, draw a graph with four boundaries, as shown in Figure 7.

11. Note: Taking the pattern in the upper left corner as an example, the "source image" is the lower right part of the leaf, and the four corners are merged into a film. How can such a picture be accurately painted? First, copy a large leaf and place it in the lower right corner, which overlaps with the corresponding part of the "source image". You can use the "Direct Selection" (path Selection) tool to adjust the overlap. Next, move it to the lower left corner, overlap with the corresponding part, adjust it, and so on, move it to the upper left corner and the upper right corner, adjust the corresponding part of the "source image", the image is painted. Copy three of them and place them on the other three corners. Select the two leaves of the same row, open the Align panel, and click Align at the top. Select the two leaves in the same column and click align on the left side. Pay attention to whether the positions of the two images are the same and use the boundary as the standard. Then, the merged leaves are naturally accurate.
12. At this point, the graphic painting of the pattern is completed. Next, crop the four border images, which is the difficulty of drawing this pattern. Because it is necessary to crop accurately, the pattern can be merged naturally. First, crop the lateral view leaves on the upper and lower sides (Note: based on the inside side of the border, use the "Scissors" tool to click the cut point on the path, then use the "Direct Selection" Selection tool to delete the path outside the selected border), as shown in figure 8.

13. Cut the lateral view leaves on both sides of the left and right sides, as shown in Figure 9.

14. Cut the circular flowers on the upper and lower sides as shown in Figure 10.

15. As shown in Figure 11, the top and bottom sides of the tree are cut.

16. As shown in Figure 12, the leaves on the left and right sides are cut.

17. As shown in Figure 13, the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the tree are cut.

18. After the image on the boundary line is cut, the color of all the images is unified, as shown in Figure 14.

19. hide the "skeleton line" and "background image" layers, open the "Window & rarr; Swatches" panel, and click "Show Pattern Swatches" on the panel) click the icon and use the "Direct Selection" (path Selection) tool to drag the all-selected pattern to the "sample" panel. This pattern is automatically added. Draw a dark green rectangle, draw a rectangle, and click the leaf pattern in "pattern sample", as shown in Figure 15.

Figure 16 shows the yin and yang effects of this pattern. So far, the "rotating leaf" pattern has been created.
