Step 1
CTRL + N creates a new document, and the unit item selects pixels. 600 pixels wide. Click on the Advanced option, select RGB mode, resolution 72 pixels. Aligns the new pixel with the grid to the selected state. Are you sure.

Step 2
Select the Rectangle tool, set the foreground color (34,32,44), and right-click the pop-up rectangle setting box on the artboard. Width height setting 610px.
Next you need to align the shape to the center. Open to its Panel (Window > Alignment), select Align to artboard (if you cannot find the alignment to artboard options, click the Select Display option in the upper right corner of the alignment panel), and then align vertically horizontally.

Step 1
Select the Ellipse tool to click on the artboard to open the Oval window. Creates an ellipse with a diameter of 260px.
Make sure the ellipse is selected, open the gradient window, angle: 90. The right color value is (64,62,74), and then set the left color value (123,160,117) to set this color value to 15%.
Use the tool to put this ellipse as to the center of the artboard. Change the layer name to "Mainback"

Step 2
Select MAINBAKC layer, open Appearance Panel, select visible file, open opacity panel set opacity to 50%
Return to the appearance panel to confirm that the file is still selected. Effect > Path > Displacement path. Enter the 10Px displacement value to determine. Effect > Blur > Gaussian blur. Enter 15, OK.

Step 3
Select "Mainback", return to the skin file, add new fills, as shown in the figure to modify the new fill gradient. Set transparency 15%, Effect > Path > Displacement path, 10px displacement, OK.

Step 4
Use the Ellipse tool to create a 260px circle with a color of (34,32,44). Center vertically horizontally and rename the layer to "Mainfont".

Step 5
Select Mainfont layer, the appearance panel selects all layers, effects > Styling > Inner halo. Enter the values shown in the following figure. Click OK. Effects > Styling > Shading. Enter the values shown in the following figure.

Step 6
Select Mainfont shape, and in the Appearance panel, select Add New Fill. Select this new fill to set the color to black, reduce opacity 10%, blending mode to multiply, Effect > Path > Displacement path, input -1px displacement. Effect > Art > Film particles, enter the value shown in the figure below.

Make Thin Line Index
Step 1
View > Display grid, Snap to Grid (View > Snap to Grid), as a beginner, you need a grid of 5px units. Edit > Preferences > Guides and grids, grid spacing is 5, the grid is 1.
Pen tool to create two vertical 10px paths, as shown in the illustration. Aligning to the grid will simplify your work. Add a 2pt stroke to the two paths. Sets the color (1,212,68). Select two paths and ctrl+g them together.

Step 2
Select this combination to effect > distort with distortion > disguise. Enter the parameters shown in the following figure.

Step 3
Select this combination again, object > Expand Appearance, Object > Road Strength > Stroke profile. Make sure that the final result group is a select state, Shift+ctrl+g ungroup. Use the selection to select the 11 groups shown in the following figure to delete them.

Step 4
Select one of the set of tick marks, select > Same > Appearance, when all tick marks are selected, the Pathfinder panel, click on the link set. Then the ctrl+8 (or Object > Compound path > Simplification) converts these tick marks into simple composite road strength. Rename this layer to "thinlines".

Create wide scale lines
Step 1
Using the Pen tool, create two vertical lines, 15px paths, as shown in the illustration. Add 4pt strokes, colors (1,212,68), and combine them ctrl+g.

Step 2
Select just the combination, effect > Distort deformation > Distortion. Enter the values shown in the following figure.

Step 3
Select this combination again. Object > Extension > Appearance, object > Path > Outer Stroke, then shift+ctrl+g two undo combinations. Using the Selection tool, select the highlighted three shapes, as shown in the figure, and delete them.

Add some paths to tick marks
Step 1
Shadow hidden grid, undo alignment to Grid option. Using the Ellipse tool, draw a 225px-sized circle, centered vertically horizontally. Appearance panel, fill color is none, add 5pt stroke, color (1,212,68). Effect > Path > Offset path, input value -2.5px. Object > Extension > Appearance.

Step 2
Select the stroke you made in the previous step, Object > Path > Add anchor points. Using the direct Selection tool, select the anchor points shown in the following figure and delete them. Objects > Paths > Outline Strokes

Step 3
Select the Thicklines compound path, object > Path > Offset path, and enter a 2px offset. Place this path at the top (shift+ctrl+]). Then select with the path that you created previously, the Pathfinder > minus the front.
Convert the resulting shape to a compound path (ctrl+8) and rename it to "intervals"

Step 4
Select the intervals compound path, the Appearance panel > Add new fills, and set the color (24,22,34). Effect > Path > Offset road strength. Enter -2px.

Add text
Step 1
Type tool, hit "km/h" using "Moolboran" font, size 20pt

Step 2
Add the text as shown in the figure. Size 18pt. Combine all text. Named "Text"

Next, add the new fill color to the path, as shown in the gradient. Effect > Path > Offset path. Enter -3px, confirm.

Step 3
Select the needle path using the Rotation tool. Grasp the point as shown in the figure, and then rotate it as shown in the second picture.

Step 4
Select the "needle" layer and add a four-layer shadow to him as shown in the figure.

Add a subtle shadow
Step 1
Use the Ellipse tool to create a 260-pixel circle, and use the gradient fill shown in the figure to reduce transparency by 35%.
Center vertically horizontally, name the layer "shading"

Re-coloring
Step 1
Select "Thinlines", "thicklines" and "intervals" compound paths, fill (1,212,68) and (144,195,221) and (0,255,0) and (0,255,255)
