We have arranged a centralized training on October 13, April 19 and Saturday. We were expecting that this training would allow our colleagues who attended the training to have a clear implementation experience on POM products. After returning to various regional companies, you can go to a specific project to start training.

Considering that many of our new colleagues have never studied POM products and do not know much about the real estate cost and planning business, they issued learning materials one week in advance, in addition, the red font and the red exclamation point are used to mark the learning materials. In addition, you need to understand the content and understand it. I have been worried that many of my colleagues have even read the materials. I also asked my colleagues in the product management department to work overtime for examination questions, so that our colleagues who attended the training could learn well in advance, you can also assess whether you are more adequate.

It is a pity that many colleagues who came to the headquarters for training may not be clear about the information we provided because the project is too tight. When I attended the training on the first day at the headquarters, I listened to the cost business survey. Because I had not read the business background and the survey questionnaire, this part of my colleagues could not keep up with the training progress, I couldn't keep up with the discussions of other students, and I was a little dizzy. Some trainees told me that he was not familiar with some basic concepts and felt that other colleagues were familiar with this part. He was too embarrassed to ask questions because the question was too preliminary, afraid of losing this person.

In fact, this is a pity. When the headquarters was preparing this course, two colleagues from the product management department, two colleagues from the research institute, and two colleagues from the Implementation Department, there are 6 people in total, and I am 7 people myself. It takes three days for us to close the course. If we calculate the outline discussion and the courseware preparation time, we spent a week organizing the courseware for seven people, but it was not necessary because the preparations for the previous study were not in place. It is enough to make me sad for this.

However, I learned the lessons of my first training. From the very beginning, I did not close my skills, which caused such problems. From the second training, we should strictly examine the situation of our colleagues who participate in the training. If there is any unfamiliar background knowledge, we recommend that you do not participate in the training again, after all, if six days are just for the bench, it would be better to practice and learn at the company.

At the same time, the remaining courses were also fine-tuned. Considering the current acceptance ability of some students, some of the time schedule for explaining the basic knowledge has been increased. Of course, this will lead to delays, there will also be many colleagues who have accumulated this knowledge that this content is too simple, and it is difficult to adjust it.

The preparation before learning must be a task of "never mistaken cutting firewood". If there is no preparation in the early stage, it is difficult to start practical courses. If you want to explain a lot of basic business and product knowledge in the courses over the past few days, you certainly won't have so much time to practice. So many practical business scenarios naturally do not have time to show, so you have to go back to different places and enter the project and then hone it.

In short, the preparations for this training are insufficient, so I will give myself a reflection here.
