Implementation of Deep Zoom in Silverlight 2

Overview

For deep Zoom Presumably everyone is no stranger, support has been provided in Silverlight 2 Beta 1 o'clock, and the corresponding tools deep Zoom Composer. There has been a significant improvement in the Silverlight 2 Beta 2 for Deep Zoom, which now supports manifest files based on the XML deepzoom collection, BETA2 also adds scalable Multiscaletilesource support to Deepzoom, and the updated deep Zoom composer allows us to generate deep applications without writing a single line of code for direct visualization.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following tools installed:

1.Silverlight Tools Beta 2 for Visual Studio 2008

2.Deep Zoom Composer

Generally speaking, using deep Zoom composer to implement deep Zoom application is divided into the following three steps: Import, combination, export. These three steps can be seen after opening the deep Zoom composer:

The first step to import the picture, you can click the "Add image" button, one time to select the picture you want to import, as shown in the following image:
