A complete workflow system should include the following parts:

1. Workflow Server

2. workflow designer

3. Organizational Structure

4. workflow Task Manager

5. workflow automation Interface

6. workflow Analyzer

7. Client Applications

 

In the above seven components,SharkImplemented:
Workflow Server, workflow designer (JaWE Java Workflow Editor), workflow Task Manager, client application

Define three basic elements of a workflow:

1. Form: refers to the carrier of information in the process.

2. Role: Various personnel roles involved in the process

3. Process: defines a specific business process.

 

By referring to the implementation of WMFC, it is critical to use xdpl to define a workflow.
That is to say, the information required for workflow execution is completely separated from the information of specific business execution processes.
