Import DXF file

1. Select the menu "FILE-IMPORT-DXF".

2. Set DXF file parameters. DXF file: Select the DXF structure files, units, and the DXF source file units consistent. After you select a file in the DXF file, the layer conversion file below is automatically incremented.

3. Click Edit/view Layers, "0", "Default" is the layer in the DXF source file, we want to map to Allegro.

4. Tick Select all, then select subclass below, or create a new subclass to facilitate post-management structure files, click the New Subclass button, enter a name, and click OK. Then click the Map button to map to board GEOMETRY/DXF.

5. Click OK, click the Import button, click the Close button, and the import is complete.

Note: If you import a new DXF in an existing block diagram design, check the incremental addition. Doing so causes the objects in the PCB board to disappear.
