For example, if your goal is to learn spoken English well, the most productive action is to directly communicate with people in spoken English, rather than simply memorizing words or grammar.

Professionals must have a clear understanding of the advances and latencies of the target plan, as well as various unpredictable risk factors, so that they can make adjustments or improvements to make the entire time management process more efficient.
