For the current situation of a department, you can start with the weekly meeting or monthly meeting of the department, so that employees can learn to explain their ideas or suggestions for improvement at work.

For example, before each weekly meeting or monthly meeting, the boss can draw up a meeting procedure and distribute it to each employee without prompting the employee to check whether there are any omissions or errors. Prior to the start of each meeting, the boss did not report the completion status of the previous month, the content of the plan for this month, the profit and loss of the department, and the job opportunities of employees, the adjustment is to explain the completion status of this month by each employee during each meeting (not the work status of the employee, not the complete status of the Department, based on the information provided in the pre-distribution meeting process ), as well as your own analysis and suggestions on this situation, and elaborate on what aspects can be improved by the Department and the expected results. If every employee can express his or her thoughts or suggestions, the gains for the department are too great, as shown below:
