Create a calligraphy Copybook

1. Click the Office button to perform the new command.

2. In the New Document dialog box, select Calligraphy copybook.

3. Click the "Create" button to open the "add or Subtract Characters" dialog box.

4. In the Calligraphy font list or the System fonts list, select the type of font you want to use.

Tip: The Microsoft®office word® contains 11 calligraphy font types, each of which provides the number of characters shown in the following table. Because the number of characters provided in the calligraphy font is limited, users can also use system characters to generate various ancient poems or articles of calligraphy copybook to practice, thus effectively avoiding some characters can not find trouble.

5. In the Arrange order list, select the order in which the characters are sorted. If you choose to sort by pronunciation, users can look up characters according to Hanyu Pinyin, and if you choose to sort according to shape, the user can select characters of specific radicals, and practice certain radicals with rules and pertinence.

6. In the Available characters list, select the text that you want to make copybook. Click the Add button to add to the used characters.

7. Click the Close button to add the selected characters to the document and open the Calligraphy toolbar.

8. Click the "Add or Subtract Characters" button to modify the characters in the document in the "Add or Subtract Characters" dialog box.

Change Calligraphy copybook Options

1. Click the Options button to open the Font dialog box. Select the font color and font effect you want to change.

2. Open the Grid tab and select the line color, border line type, and inside type you want to change.

3. Open the General tab, and select the number of rows to display on a page in the number of row X columns list (the maximum row count is "10x8"); Select the number of characters in the maximum number of characters in single copybook list (each copybook can contain up to 200 characters), and in the paper direction area, select Portrait "or" Landscape "display.

Tip: If the "repeat the same character on one page" option is selected, simply add a Chinese character (such as "medium") to the "increase or Decrease character" dialog box, and then click "OK" button to generate a full section of the word "copybook". This is very suitable for beginners to practise a Chinese character.

The grid style of calligraphy copybook

As the saying goes: "The small print difficult to write stretch, big characters difficult to write compact." "How can the word be written evenly and structurally rigorous?" Using the "grid style" provided by word (that is, the meter, field, Tian Huig, nine Sudoku, and so on) can help us to grasp the style, structure and layout.

"Tian character lattice": can help us to master a word of the center of gravity, the main norms of Chinese characters up and down, about the structure.

"Rice character lattice": more than two diagonal lines, not only can help deal with a word of the center of gravity, but also for a word of the drawing point of the arrangement provided the fan line.

"Nine Sudoku": is to use up and down horizontal line and the left and right lines, divided into nine small squares. The middle one is called "Middle Palace", which makes it easy to master the central position and the center of gravity of the word in the temporary writing. The line is in order to arrange the character compartment. The apostrophe can be used to compare the diagonal of the squares.

"Tian Hui": and the role of nine Sudoku similar, its penmanship format can help beginners calligraphy, enhance the image of the whole word when copying the accurate impression, faster understanding of the basic methods and rules of penmanship, to play a multiplier effect.

"Mouth character lattice": can help us to control the size of Chinese characters effectively.

1. If you want to use the rice character, click the Grid Style button, and then select Rice character.

2. If you want to change to another grid style, also click the Grid Style button and select the style you want.

The space art of calligraphy--text arrangement

In Word, the calligraphy copybook feature provides 6 ways to arrange text, respectively:

Horizontal, from top to bottom

Vertical row, from left to right

Vertical row, from right to left

Horizontal, top row

Vertical row, leftmost column

Vertical row, right column

The first 3 types of text arrangement, is currently the most common 3 kinds of writing, that is, printed on the copybook directly brushwork once, to exercise with pens and master structure, known as "full copy."

The following 3 types of words are arranged in a combination of "full imitation" and "towards the present". is to copy the 1th line (or 1th column) of Chinese characters, and then refer to the line 1th (or 1th) of the Chinese characters of the pen and structure, write other characters. The use of this way is more conducive to get rid of the shackles of copying, play creative thinking.

1. After you add the characters to the document, click the Text Flow button to select the text arrangement you want to use.
