In response to the above requirements, easycloud independently developed an indoor environment monitoring system that integrates collection, monitoring, alarm, and analysis. The system consists of a hardware environment monitoring terminal and a software cloud system, various sensors in the environment monitoring terminal can detect environmental information in various environmental scenarios (formaldehyde, PM2.5, PM10, PM1.0, temperature, humidity) the collected data is uploaded to the cloud through WiFi/Ethernet, and the data and its change trend are viewed online and remotely on the monitoring interface of the cloud system in real time. At the same time, the system provides data analysis models, including curves, charts, and parameter calculation methods. It also supports early warning and alarm functions to facilitate managers to make judgments in a timely manner and improve environmental quality.

5.2 Main Functions

5.2.1 Remote Data Monitoring
The cloud system supports remote data monitoring. administrators can remotely monitor formaldehyde, PM2.5, temperature and humidity, and view Real-time curves on the Data Monitoring Interface around the clock. The system also supports self-built monitoring sites to simulate real monitoring scenarios and intuitively display the environmental conditions of each application scenario.

5.2.2 data storage and analysis
The platform allows statistics, analysis, and calculation of collected data. Data can be changed by a curve, bar chart, or pie chart to indicate the trend of each parameter, compare the maximum, minimum, and average values of multiple parameters. You can also use the included parameters for calculation. Provides data support for management personnel to analyze various data in the indoor environment.

5.2.3 warning and alarm Functions
When the collected data meets the warning setting conditions, the system can notify the Administrator in advance to immediately attract the Administrator's attention and play a good preventive effect. When the alarm setting conditions are met (too high or too low) in case of communication exceptions, the system can automatically send text messages and other alarm information to the Administrator and display the cause of the alarm. Ensure that each administrator receives the alarm information immediately, gives feedback in time, and takes measures.

5.2.4 report Function
The platform can automatically generate standard daily reports, high/low daily reports, adjustable monthly reports, standard monthly reports, and high/low monthly reports. It can automatically generate various reports based on different time periods (precise to seconds) to trace historical data, create a knowledge base and export it to a local computer for saving and printing, so that the administrator can call it at any time.

5.2.5 scenario Map
Scenario maps fall into two categories: Map scenarios and simulated scenarios: Map scenarios clearly show the specific location of each Indoor Environment Monitoring Project (such as multiple schools ); you can simulate each project in a simulated scenario. Click the red icon on the two interfaces to go to the monitoring site and switch. In the scenario map, administrators can view the system structure of the entire application scenario.

5.2.6 monitoring and data sharing
Mobile phones synchronize PC-side data, allowing you to conveniently view real-time data, historical data, and alarm data anytime and anywhere for data analysis. This allows you to grasp the field dynamics at the first time, which is flexible, efficient, convenient, and shared.
