As we know, the questions in the PMI exam bank are constantly intact, which requires the continuous elimination of old topics and the introduction of new topics, the purpose of which is to supplement new questions. The whole activity is divided into 2 topics: Review existing topics and add new topics.
The first afternoon was mainly a speech by some of the big guys at the PMI association.
The second day of work is to review past questions. Some of the questions come from the questions that are not included in the test score, and in part from other PMI Exam Dev workshop submissions. Each topic corresponds to the appropriate domain (domain) and task (tasks) in the project development cycle, with very stringent requirements for both the problem and the options. This kind of the way to the question of other industries are also very useful for reference. Because of the signing of the agreement, it is not convenient to mention many other topics related to the content.
The third day of work is to write their own topics. Because the first day of the review of the topic, so basically has been very familiar with. You can participate in your previous work experience, the project encountered problems or experience, and then write it out. After the topic is finished, mutual review with other groups, the final problem.
To summarize:
