They have been using the ERP system for several years and are switching SQL Server to Oracle because they used PC servers. After a period of support, at last, I couldn't help it. At present, I started to use Unix systems and switch databases. This work is also a reference for our company, because we may need to switch to this direction in the future.

Currently, their ERP systems must be used by all agents. They implement a zero-sales reporting system, that is, if there is no sales, relevant reports are also required. At the same time, if the ERP system does not receive sales information within three days, they will stop related delivery, return and other support. As S enterprises are strong enterprises, it is necessary for agents to implement their ERP systems.

At present, their ERP systems have not been implemented in their manufacturers. That is to say, they are still limited to starting from their own, and have not yet achieved real collaboration and management in the supply chain, I think there is still room for development.

The organizational structure they adopt is the Head Office-> agency. That is to say, they all adopt the concept of direct management. outside the headquarters of the company, there are branches throughout the country, however, the branches are only responsible for operating support and management of agents and direct stores in the region. If such an organizational unit is set up, it is not like Company J. At present, because the Branch Office is directly responsible for all the affairs in the subordinate areas, that is to say, the company is only a management function for the branch office, the Branch has become a saying, and it is relatively difficult to manage it.

At present, they have not performed specialized data mining in addition to the ERP system. That is to say, if the Bi system is used, their related reports and data mining may be further upgraded.
