Ingenuity wants to use Excel to help us understand the World Cup

Step three: Refresh the data. Back in Excel 2003, right-click the toolbar, and select the external data item to make the External Data toolbar visible. Then click on the External Data toolbar. button (or select the "Update Data" command under the Data menu) to update the data immediately, we can see the latest weather conditions.

Step Fifth: Set up Automatic Updates

If you want to further control the data, you can select the appropriate data region, and then select data/Import external Data/data region properties, open the External Data Range Properties window to set up.

① "Allow background refresh" allows Excel 2003 to automatically refresh data in the background, which is selected by default;

② "Refresh frequency" can set every few minutes from the Internet refresh data;

③ If you select the Automatically refresh when opening a workbook check box, when we open the workbook, Excel automatically updates the data from the Web to ensure that the data we get is up to date;

Beginner's friends can select different options to set the refresh mode or time interval as needed.
