Operation Steps

You can also add hyperlinks in your Web pages in Excel: Select the cell that is the linked object (such as G5), perform the insert → hyperlink command, open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, select the existing file or Web page option on the left, and then press the Drop-down button to the right of the look in range. Navigate to the folder where the data document is saved, select the corresponding document, and make sure to return.

Note: You can also locate links to documents by using the Browse for Files button in the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.

Later, click on the corresponding cell, you can quickly print the linked object (of course, the system must be installed to open the corresponding object software), to achieve a quick view of this purpose.
