A friend of mine, a math teacher, often needs to insert some mathematical formulas when editing a teaching slide. This will take you to the Equation Editor.
(If you want to edit complex formulas, you can do so in Word, and then copy them to PowerPoint.) Reference article: " with the EQ field complex mathematical formula can also easily do ", "Word input auxiliary plug-ins: Mathematical Equation Editor ")
On the slide where you want to insert the formula, execute the Insert → Object command. Open the Insert Object dialog box (Figure 1), under Object Type, select the Microsoft Formula 3.0 option, OK to enter the formula editing state (Figure 2), using the Expanded Formula toolbar Formula Template button, you can edit the formula you want to create.
After the production is complete, in the Equation Editor window, execute the file → exit and return to presentation command (or close the window directly, see Figure 3).
Attention:
① If you enter the formula edit State, the Formula toolbar does not expand, and the view → Toolbars command is done.
② inserted formula, is actually an embedded picture, by default relatively small, affect the demo effect, need to adjust, positioning.
③ If you are not satisfied with the formula you inserted, you can modify it by double-clicking the formula again into the edit state.
