Install CCA for CRM 2011.

Customer Care accelerator (CCA) is a call center of Microsoft. It can be perfectly integrated with CRM. Here I will introduce you to how to install CCA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

1. First, you can download the installation package from Microsoft marketplace and decompress the package. You will get the following view:

 

2. CCA is developed using the uii framework, so we need to install the uii framework first, open the uii folder, because my computer is a 64bit system, so execute the installer CRMv2011-UII-amd64-1033.msi. For example:

 

Click "Next"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this way, the uii framework has been installed. We can find an additional Microsoft uii folder under c: \ Program Files (x86), as shown below:

 

3. Install CCA

Open the accelerator directory and execute Customer Care accelerator_x64.exe,

 

After decompression, there will be an additional CCA folder under the c: \ Program Files (x86) \ microsoft uii directory.

4. Import the CRM solution (2 in total)

Log on to crm2011 with an administrator account and click "Settings"> "Custom"> "solution"

A. Authorization solution: uiiformicrosoftdynamicscrm20151120.0_managed.zip"

Solution path: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ microsoft uii \ uii-Solution

Click "Next" to complete the installation.

B. Import another solution: referenceimplementationforuii_1_0_managed.zip"

Solution path: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ microsoft uii \ CCA \ source code \ data \ CCA data

The import method is as follows.

5. Generate "riconfigloader"

Open Microsoft. CRM. Accelerator. cca. agentdesktop. sln and generate a solution.

Path: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ microsoft uii \ CCA \ source code

An error message is displayed during generation. You need to add a reference.

"Microsoft. Practices. compositeui. Windows. dll ",

 

After adding DLL references, regenerate the solution. If you do not have this DLL, you can download it online. Then run

Microsoft.crm.accelerator.cca.riconfigloader.exe

 

 

 

After the call succeeds, several more menus will be displayed in the crm2011 navigation bar,

 

6. Import sample data

In crm2011

 

 

Then, click "Next"

7. Modify the Agent Desktop configuration file
