Both Quartus and NIOS are of version 9.1. Find information on the Internet that version 9.1 supports MATLAB r2008a, but does not support r2009a. Then, on the official website, we found that only DSP Builder of 9.1 SP2 is supported. After installing the software in the sequence of MATLAB and DSP Builder, we found that our license had very few IP addresses. (When installing DSP Builder, you are prompted to select the MATLAB version. Only r2008a and others are available, so it is best to install r2008a)
The depressing reason is that the latest 9.1 SP2 was downloaded, and all the cracked files were not released, so we had to go up and down the DSP Builder 9.1 version on the Altera FTP. Ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/release/
Uninstall 9.1 SP2 first, according to the OO blog, and then start the MATLAB when the warning appears, as shown in
Then, delete the path related to Altera in X: \ MATLAB \ r2008a \ toolbox \ Local \ pathdef. M.
Note that a blank line is required. Otherwise, a warning cannot be eliminated, as shown below:

Close MATLAB and restart Matlab.
