1 Eclipse Installation

1) Download Eclipse's Linux version to the official website

Http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-ee-developers/oxygen3

2) FTP to Linux

3) Unzip the downloaded package directly

TAR-XVF eclipse-jee-oxygen-3-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz/usr/

An Eclipse directory is generated under the USR directory

2 Xstart Installation and configuration

1) Download Xstart on the website

2) Start and configure Xstart

Create a new session, the host is the server IP, the protocol selected SSH, fill in the User name password, command This field to enter the command to start eclipse

/usr/eclipse/./eclipse

The reason here is./eclipse because this startup file needs to be executed

3) Click to run it.
