The root cause of the problem is that when Adobe scans the computer and finds that the computer has installed related products, it is not allowed to install
Solution 1: official edition
1. Restart your computer in a minimized state before running the installer. (restart the system)

- Restart windows in a modified mode (Windows 7 and Windows Vista) (kb404913)
- Start the system in safe Boot Mode (Mac OS X) (kb404936)
2. Repair the Microsoft Windows Installer (Windows) (system vulnerability fix)
- Repair the Windows installer.
Windows XP/Vista
- Download and install the newest Microsoft Windows Installer redistributable pack.
Windows 7
- Choose Start> All Programs> accessories.
- Right-click Command Prompt and choose run as administrator.
- In the Command Prompt window, TypeSFC/scannowAnd press Enter.
- When the system scan completes, TypeMsiexec/unregIn the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.
- TypeMsiexec/regserverInto the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.
- Proceed with the Creative Suite 5 or cs5.5 product installation.
3. preinstall Adobe air and the adobehelp payload (uninstall the previous air and payload)
- Uninstall any copies of air.
Windows XP
- Choose Start> Control Panel.
- Double-click add or remove programs.
- Select Adobe AIR and click Uninstall.
Windows Vista
- Choose Start> Control Panel.
- Double-click programs and features.
- Select Adobe AIR and click Uninstall.
Mac OS X
- Drag the AIR application to the trash.
- Navigate to the adobehelp payload folder. For example:
Windows: D: \ Adobe Master Collection cs5 \ Adobe cs5 \ payloads \ adobehelp
Mac oS:/volumes/Adobe Master Collection/Adobe cs5/payloads/adobehelp
- Double-click the air Installer:
Windows: "Airinstallerrunner.exe"
Mac OS: "Adobe AIR Installer. app"
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- Return to the adobehelp payload folder.
- Double-click the file "adobehelp. Air ".
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- If everything installsuccessfully, run the Creative Suite 5 product installer again.
- If any errors occur, search the Adobe Knowledgebase for solutions.
Solution 2: Private Edition 1
Uninstall the previously installed Adobe, delete the relevant installation directory, and then install
Solution 3: Private Edition 2
Directly Delete the c: \ Program Files \ common files \ Adobe directory
If you cannot delete a file, use a third party to delete the software (such as file smash 360 ).
