Install FileZilla 3.9.0.3 on Ubuntu 14.04 through PPA
FileZilla is a popular FTP client that can run on Linux, Windows, and Mac systems. The latest version of FileZilla 3.9.0.3 is available and has been released recently. There are only a few minor changes and improvements:
- Potential fixed connection failure and crash
- Corrected the use of the Tab key to navigate through different controls in the main window of FileZilla.
The installation method is available in PPA. Open the terminal and enter the following command:
Sudo apt-add-repository ppa: n-muench/programs-ppa
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install filezilla
Run the following command to uninstall filezilla:
Sudo apt-get remove filezilla
