Install msdn for vs2012

In vs2012, because msdn is not built in by default, there is no separate msdn for vs2008 and above, but it is replaced by Microsoft Help Viewer.

This component is included in the ISO installation image of vs2012 and will be installed together during vs2012 installation.

Therefore, Microsoft Help Viewer must be called for installation. Press CTRL + ALT + F1 to call it up.
