A common tool in Java development tools is Eclipse, intellij idea.
Now using the Spring Boot&cloud framework for development, although you can use the above two tools, but not really tailor-made, IntelliJ although the artifact, but too heavy, and is charged, free Community edition is also a castrated version. Eclipse is certainly OK, but install some plugins.
Spring's official Ecplise-based tools for spring Boot&cloud Spring Tool Suite is a free and very suitable development tool.
STS installation is also very simple, the use of the same operation with Eclipse, no pressure.
Installing JDK8
