Search swfdec in The New Software Package Manager  -  Mozilla and Mozilla  -  Plugin  -  Gnash plug-ins to see if they have been installed, and then click

Sudo Apt -Get    Remove  --  Purge swfdec  -  Mozilla
Sudo Apt  -Get    Remove  --  Purge Mozilla  -  Plugin  -  Gnash
