Install Vmare Workstation under Ubuntu and install Mac patches

Recently want to learn about the development of iOS, but suffer from their own computer has installed two systems: a Win7, an Ubuntu. 　　First step: Open the terminal and go to root

Open the terminal, click on the desktop blank, at the same time press ctrl+alt+t, three key values.

Enter in Terminal: Sudo-i and enter

Input password, enter

　　Step two: Update the system

Enter in the terminal: sudo apt-get update, enter, and follow the prompts for the password or y, n, and so on.

Enter in the terminal: sudo apt-get upgrade, enter, and follow the prompts for the password or y, N, etc.

　　Step three: Download the latest version of Vmare workstation and install it

Find the address of the latest version of Vmare workstation: https://download3.vmware.com/software/wkst/file/ Vmware-workstation-full-11.1.2-2780323.x86_64.bundle (July 6, 2015 latest version of Linux)

Input in Terminal: Wget https://download3.vmware.com/software/wkst/file/VMware-Workstation-Full-11.1.2-2780323.x86_64.bundle, enter.

After downloading, enter in Terminal: chmod a+x Vmware-workstation-full-11.1.2-2780323.x86_64.bundle, return.

Enter in the terminal: sudo./vmware-workstation-full-11.1.2-2780323.x86_64.bundle, enter, start the installation.

Then is the graphical installation interface, Next, next.

　　Fourth Step: Install Vmware_unlocker

Download the latest vmware_unlocker (i downloaded is 2.0.4 version, we can own Baidu), decompression.

Open Vmware_unlocker Extracted folder, view the Readme.txt file, you can see the following:

4th describes how to install under Windows, but you have to install Python first, and then modify Win-install.cmd "Vmxsmc.exe" to "D:\Python27\python.exe vmxsmc.py", noting "d:\ Python27\python.exe "For my installation path, you need to modify the modified path for your own computer.

First open the lnx-install.sh file with an editor, Python2./vmxsmc.py to Python./vmxsmc.py (which means to execute the vmxsmc.py file under the current folder via Python under Ubuntu).

Then through the terminal open the path of Vmware_unlocker, enter in terminal: cd/home/sun/download/vmware_unlocker/(note:/home/sun/download/vmware_unlocker/ Is my own file storage path, please enter your own file path), enter.

Enter in terminal:/home/sun/download/vmware_unlocker/, enter.

Then enter:./lnx-install.sh, enter

This is the time to start installing the Vmware_unlocker. After installation, such as:

Shut down the terminal, open the virtual machine, and after you create a new virtual machine, the dog will see the Apple OS x option.
