Installing R https://cran.r-project.org/ Installing Rstudio https://www.rstudio.com/ Installing Rtools https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/ Remark: 1. Rstudio is an integrated development environment for the R language, including the IDE for desktop users and the Linux R server accessed remotely through the browser;
2. Rtools is the building R packages tool Set on the Windows platform;
3. Rtools needs to match the R version you downloaded, if you are not sure what version of R you have, open or restart R/rstudio to see;
4. In order to be able to run the program from the absolute path of the program, you need to add the bin path of R and Rtools to the system environment variable path.
Where is PATH: "My Computer" (right) –> "Properties" –> "Advanced" –> "Environment variable" –> "System variable" –>path;bin: Open R/rstudio, enter R.home (' bin ');
5. Check the installation: After you can enter "PATH" in the cmd command window, see if the environment variable is added correctly, enter "R--version" to see if there is a version number that returns R.
Linux/mac Users
Install R https://cran.r-project.org/ remark:just install R and the tools to develop the R package already exist.
Installing development tools
