Installing the system with Ghost hard disk

1, use the Ghost boot floppy to start the computer, and then enter the Ghost command and press ENTER to open the Ghost program main interface. Point to the local (native) → disk menu command, and then click the To disk (copy to disc) option.

2. In the open ' Select Local source ' clicking on the drive number (select the native drive and click the appropriate drive ordinal) dialog box, click to select the appropriate drive as the source drive (the second drive is selected in this case) drive , and then click the OK button.

Tips: Here also should pay special attention to not select the wrong source disk, if the wrong target disk as the source disk, will cause the source disk of all the data lost, and difficult to recover!

3. Open the Select local destination drive by clicking on the drive number (select the native destination drive and click the appropriate drive serial numbers) dialog box, click to select the target drive (3rd drive in this case), and click the OK button.

Tip: In the case of a hard disk to copy operation, even if the target drive and the source drive is inconsistent capacity can also achieve the copy. In this case, however, the capacity of the source drive must be less than the target drive to ensure that the data in the source drive is not lost.

4. The current detail status of the target drive is listed in the open "Destination Drive Details" dialog box, and the user simply clicks the OK button.

5, then open the prompt box, warning the user that the operation will make the target drive data all overwritten (that is, the target drive data will be lost). Verify that the copy operation does not cause data loss, click the Yes button to start the copy operation.

6, according to the computer hardware configuration and image files stored in the data size, the copy operation will require a different time. When the copy operation is complete, all content in the source drive, including partition information, is copied to the target drive intact. Finally, click the Reset Computer button in the Clone Complete dialog box to restart the computer.
