Open the first workbook and enter the first worksheet that you want to import data into.

According to the actual needs, set the basis for sorting and filter conditions, as shown in the following figure.
For more complex sorting and filtering, click the Advanced Query button to enter the advanced query interface.
When you are set up, click OK to return to the third step: Data Sorting and Filtering dialog box.

4, click "Next" button, go to the Fourth Step: Preview dialog box.
Click the complete button to eject the Import Data dialog box and select the location where you want the data to be placed.
Click the Properties button to eject the External Data Range Properties dialog box.
This example wants to put the new data under the original data, so select the bottom of the "Overwrite existing cells with new data, and clear the contents of cells not used", determine the following effect:

(2) Change date format: If the data date format of the reference is changed, it can be adjusted by the format brush, or by the Format menu, so that it is the same as the original date format of the table.
