The course lab conducted this semester is approaching the final coding stage. I think it is interesting to recall the document I wrote when I specified the team's Rewards and Punishments. It not only increases everyone's enthusiasm, it does not seem dull.
List some documents and share them with you.
1. Introduction
In order to standardize the daily learning behavior of the group members, cultivate the sense of teamwork, and provide quantifiable reference for the team members to evaluate their performance in terms of rewards and punishments, the Detailed Rules on rewards and punishments should be formulated.
2. Detailed rules 2.1 individual penalty measures
(1)If the lab class is late, ask other group members to eat fruit;
(2)Duty without reasonAbsentOther group members are invited to have dinner;
(3)If you do not finish the task on time, you can go around the tianma campus three times a day until the task is completed.
2.2 individual rewards
(1) if the task is completed in advance five times in total, the remaining five members of the Group will discuss the matter and surprise them with encouragement;
(2) actively assist others or overcome certain technical difficulties. During the Group meeting, it is determined that the pass-through person will be given a "gold medal free of death", and any punitive measure can be compensated once.
(3) In addition to the above two items, other actions by the group members that facilitate the successful completion of the project by a vote of all members may be rewarded with other appropriate mental or material rewards, such: prize for a notebook.
