It is undeniable that Juniper is a company with excellent technical capabilities and is highly competitive in the high-end router market. This is also the second company that I submitted my resume. It is also the most tortuous company in my interview experience. Haha, I don't believe it. It may take seven rounds for Juniper to interview, maybe more! Because I only went to the seventh round. @_@!
First of all, I am very grateful to Juniper for letting me know my abilities and the development direction I am suitable. For a person who has been engaged in application, embedded, and testing, the only thing that is lacking is proficient in this word, and I also want to be proficient in one direction. I think the network is a good choice. I cherish the opportunity that Juniper has given me and I have prepared a lot. However, the industry experience may be insufficient! Failed to continue. Next I will briefly discuss my experiences:
1. the written examination and two-hour question are very difficult. It was a big programming question, followed by a big programming question, followed by an English question and a concept, I forgot my final question ^_^! If you have no confidence in your e and coding, you don't have to submit your resume!
2. interview (1) a nice guy, who is about the same age as me, first looked at your answer and asked some technical questions about network and query optimization, but to be honest, I have a poor answer, because I have little contact with each other. He said it's okay. He won't get stuck with me. I know my basic skills are good!
3. interview (2) Interview with the supervisor. The supervisor from China is also very good. Let me introduce myself, ask some basic questions, and finally ask the expected salary. I thought this trip was over. I did not expect that the girl from juniper called me a few days ago and said, "You may need to prepare for a remote phone interview at tomorrow morning. This is an interview with us team.
4. Interview (3) I have prepared for a long time and thought it was an e-paper interview. The result is a pm interview. Haha, this interview has a very good effect! He told me that another engineer will interview me at tomorrow.
5. interview (4), start on time at, because I knew there would be an e-paper interview before, And I prepared e-paper. Haha, the funny thing is that people are not allowed to spare e-paper, as a result, I used e-text when I introduced myself, so it was all e-text! The communication was not smooth. Hey, who told me that E is not good! However, most technical questions can be answered. After that, he told me that another engineer would interview me several days later.
6. interview (5): This is the real e-paper interview. As soon as I spoke, I knew it was an American engineer. So I adjusted it, at the beginning, he asked me a bit about C or C ++, I said C ++, and then I asked technical questions. One of the questions was about multithreading, after listening to the question for several times, I didn't understand what he meant to express. So, the answer to this question is not very good, but on the whole, my communication is still okay. End in about 40 minutes. Then I asked do you have any questions want to know? I asked a question. I found that when a foreigner answers your question, the answer is very detailed. What you want to know and what you don't want to know tell you. In this way, my e-paper interview is coming to an end.
7. interview (6) I thought I had no interview after interviewing an American engineer. So I went out to buy a steamed stuffed bun and got a call from an American engineer at Juniper. Oh, my world! I'm sorry, can I try again in 15 minutes? So hurry up and get ready! Finally, the call is coming! Chinese! This is a basic question. In C ++, I feel that the answer is very good. One of the questions is wrong, and the question about the deletion of vector elements. At the end, I also asked him his name!
Originally, I thought it was a drama, but I waited for two weeks and had no news! What's going on! I sent them an email! No reply! In this way, it drops from the highest point to the lowest point! Why @_@? If I don't have a chance, I guess I still don't have much network experience!
