Lomboz is one of Eclipse's main open source Plug-ins (Open-source plug-in), Lomboz Plug-ins enable Java developers to better use Eclipse to create, debug, and deploy a Java application server with 100% java-based applications.
The use of the Lomboz plug-in enables eclipse to combine the elements of Java EE, the development of Web applications, and the most popular application server vehicles.
The main functions of Lomboz are:

Preparatory work
Before installing Lomboz you need to do some preparation work, first, make sure you are already using Lomboz previous version, and if so you can update your lomboz to a new version or uninstall the old version.
Make sure your eclipse is installed correctly and run eclipse after you install eclipse (before extracting the Lomboz plugin).
