One, input text

When you enter text, the text appears at the insertion point (also known as the current position, which is the flashing small vertical bar whose status appears in the Word status bar). If you want to insert new content in the middle of the text, move the mouse pointer to the position you click, move the insertion point to that location, or press the arrow key to move the insertion point.

In Page view, the input text reaches the far right of the line and wraps automatically. Press ENTER to start another paragraph.

Word has the "point and Output" feature, where you want to enter text, double-click the left, the insertion point is positioned here, you can enter new text content in this position.

Tip: If double-clicking is not valid, execute tools → options, switch to the Edit tab, and check the "enable" click and Lose Item.

Ii. inserting and rewriting text

When you insert text into a statement, the original text moves to the right with the inserted text. However, if you double-click the Overwrite button on the status bar (or press the INSERT key) to convert to a overtype state (its font color will change from gray to black), the newly typed text will overwrite the text that is already on the right side (note: Microsoft Pinyin Input Method does not support this mode, animation shows the effect of switching to English input), Double-click this button again to return to the insert State.

Third, delete error

Press the BACKSPACE key (←) to delete the error text on the left of the insertion point and press DELETE (Del) to delete the error text to the right of the insertion point. Select the text block and then press the BACKSPACE key or delete key (or perform "edit" → "clear" → "content") to remove all the selected text.

Other shortcut keys:

CTRL + BACKSPACE: Deletes the word (or Chinese phrase) to the left of the insertion point.

Ctrl+del: Deletes the word (or Chinese phrase) to the right of the insertion point.

The specific operation of the animation demo process is as follows: Do not see clearly click the animation zoom.
