The Supermarket uses a set of commercial software from Guangzhou Cody software company-Cody single-store business management system. the software can collect statistics on the variety, quantity and time of commodities in the warehouse, daily sales volume and remaining inventory. When the stock of a product is empty, the software will prompt you to purchase the product. You can query the sales analysis table of each item to generate detailed reports on product sales and inventory. The supermarket is operated independently and imported independently. There is no commodity flow between supermarket chains, so there is no allocation problem, and the software does not have this function, because the ordering rules of supermarket products are largely determined by the purchasing behaviors of consumers, the principle and the specialized warehouse location are greatly different, and the software does not have the function of warehouse location management. According to the operator's explanation, there are some shortcomings in the software change. For example, the negligible error of some data may easily lead to an error in the statistical report. If there is no security stock setting, you need to manually query the inventory of the product, it is troublesome. Despite the disadvantages, the store manager believes that the software can basically meet their needs.

 

Object 2: City Star logistics. The company is a large logistics company. Its headquarters in songbei covers an area of tens of thousands of square meters, and the area and scale are amazed. The company's organization is complete. The management's customer department, administration department, and personnel department ......, The operation layer's bill of lading department, warehouse management department, pick up and Purchase Department, and other departments. With its own transportation fleet, there are more than 120 vehicles. The total number of employees is more than 1000. According to the security guard, the number of incoming and outgoing vehicles reaches 70 to every day ~ 100 trains, with a high throughput. I learned from the administration that the company is a third-party logistics company with distribution outlets all over the country. Its main business is temporary storage, transit, and sending of goods. Based on the business in the Pearl River Delta region, there are offices and joined logistics enterprises in major cities throughout the country. The warehouse consists of two parts: the warehouse on the left to the Pearl River Delta region and the warehouse on the right to all parts of the country. The warehouse operation procedure is as follows: sort out a customer ticket> pick-up ticket> transportation ticket> warehouse receiving ticket> transportation warehouse receiving and warehouse picking process: pick up the delivery order> bill of lading> pick up the delivery. After consulting, we found that the company's ticket submission procedures were all manual. Computer assistance is provided, but software is not used for management. The management of the warehouse is applied to the software and the whole warehouse process is monitored through intrcanet. Due to the commercial secrets involved, the whole warehouse process is not fully understood. The company's management is modernized and its operation efficiency is high. Is a typical example of a third-party logistics enterprise.

 

Object 3: The Southern Labor Insurance supplies supply company, the largest labor insurance supplies agent and supplier in the Pearl River Delta Region, which has agency stores and specialized goods warehouses in major cities in the Pearl River Delta. There is a comprehensive management solution for the import, sale and storage of its own products. We visited the headquarters of the company and learned that the company has invested and developed a suitable management software-"Remote Multi-Point invoicing system ", the software allows the company to contact the supplier through the Internet, place orders electronically, place orders remotely, and remotely review orders and deliver goods to the agent, and the Warehouse is also remotely monitored through software. This allows employees at the headquarters to monitor the company's operations without leaving their homes, greatly saving manpower and material resources, and improving enterprise efficiency. It is understood that the software inventory management is particularly powerful, can generate a variety of detailed reports, statistical data capabilities and analysis of sales capabilities are very strong. The disadvantage is that the operation is complicated and the ease of use is not strong. Finally, I asked: What do you think about taking the lead in remote control and e-commerce? They are a little proud and confident in future enterprise prospects.

 

Conclusion: According to my own survey, whether it is supermarkets, manufacturers or specialized logistics companies, they will not blindly rush to the logistics software, but should be determined, first of all, there is a useless need, if you need software that looks like you need, what functions you need to implement, and what new problems will arise after you use it, they need to consider it. According to the survey data, the software used by the three companies is different, and the functions are also different. It is precisely because of different software demanders that various software that provide different functions have room for survival. The domestic logistics software market is characterized by many brands and manufacturers. In this field, there are a lot of vendors that are not known by people in the industry, such as sipe, the Eastern epoch, and haoida, there are also many vendors that are more familiar with, such as brocade, merchants dichen, yaqiao, and Yikang. According to incomplete statistics, no more than 500 vendors in China can provide logistics software services, that is, all activities including transportation, warehousing, inventory, material management, etc.), even if the focus on logistics software vendors are close to 100. Unlike financial software and ERP software, logistics software has less than a decade of history in China. Without the baptism of many users, it is impossible to have very mature software. At present, there are many logistics software in the domestic market, including software suitable for third-party logistics companies, transportation management software, warehouse management software, and logistics software specially used for freight forwarders. However, no matter which type of logistics software, they need to further improve both functionality and usability. This is the current situation of China's logistics software industry.
