Is Microsoft's information products trustworthy?

Microsoft's dynamics software, formerly called axapter, is a product acquired from other companies. Just like Visio, after a period of integration, Microsoft has changed its interface style to office/outlook. Therefore, Microsoft claims that its system has the easiest interface to operate, ensuring the user's operation habits. Indeed, I work on a computer, but a few of them don't use office. Duet, An SAP client that Microsoft and sap work with, is also based on outlook. From these, we can see some endpoints of dynamics clients.

As for Microsoft's dynamics CRM, it is said that it is very aggressive. All Microsoft's global branches have replaced their original Siebel with their own CRM. I have compared two software. Siebel, as the boss of CRM, should be well-deserved, whether it is market ownership, its functions and scalability. However, since Siebel was acquired by Oracle, its market performance has gradually approached sap. It is not because sap crm is better, but because SAP has always been better at marketing and service than oracle. Some time ago, it was rumored that Oracle was going to buy SAP. In fact, I felt that there was no need to buy SAP products. Some of its Oracle products basically existed, and the acquisition of SAP's sales channels and branches may be more cost-effective.

Let's talk about Microsoft's information product dynamics. No matter how good it is around the world, I advise Chinese enterprises to wait and see. First of all, Microsoft products are generally not very stable if they do not get 6.0, which is an unwritten rule. In addition, Microsoft may not play if it finds it hard to make money any day. companies like SAP, Kingdee, and yonyou don't have to eat here.

Some people may point out that I am too subjective. I had the honor to visit Microsoft's Chinese Research Institute in Beijing due to the relationship with the participation in the csdn hero meeting. I heard a speech from one of their bosses, and there was no dynamics development and research team at Microsoft's Chinese Research Institute. As far as I know, its localization was handed over to outsourcing companies. Last year, I went to sap's Research Institute in Chengdu. They have a dedicated team of localized development in China and the best practices of enterprises. So they sell well not only because of technology.

Microsoft's research topics in China mainly focus on search, speech recognition, maps, games, and other aspects, demonstrating some so-called "cool" software similar to Google's product lines, it's a bit like a technology presentation. Microsoft calls it "Microsoft Open Day ". I don't know whether to participate in such an open day is lucky or unfortunate (I am technically anti-Microsoft, and I feel that Microsoft wants to wash everyone's brains. Sorry )?

Since Microsoft is not focusing on dynamics, CRM, and other information products in China or around the world, why should we trust it? Maybe its technology is cool, but it is used by information software instead of patching and upgrading.
