A: We guarantee user data security in terms of transmission and storage. During data transmission, all access requests start from registration or logon and are encrypted using SSL. In terms of data storage, our servers are placed in the best IDC room (our investors provide basic cloud computing services). Data is regularly backed up, and users can also export data for backup.
Question 1: customer data security is not just a technical guarantee. How can customers trust that your individual employees (or even the company) will not snoop, leak, or improperly use customer data?
Question 2: I think this product is quite good, but the key is that the customer information is almost the foundation for our survival. It is a problem of the company's life. If you disclose the information or accidentally disclose it, this is a disaster tolerance for us.

A: We understand your concerns.
1. Data in workxp can be exported at any time and backed up by yourself.
2. There are already many paying customers in workxp. We are responsible for our customers and will not allow them to stop services.
Even if the worst case happens and the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, we will certainly handle the customer's data properly.
Q: If I only buy software, I don't need the online version. Is there any?
A: currently, workxp is constantly being upgraded and improved. Therefore, we have not yet considered providing the installation software.
Compared with purchasing services, purchasing software costs much higher, and maintenance and upgrades are troublesome, data security also exists.
