My Computer room charge system is knocked on their own notebook, knocked out after the database copied out, put on the desktop, ready to accept the system through the desktop. When I attach the database, I am prompted that "database ' Charge_sys ' version is 661 and cannot be opened." This server supports version 655 and lower. Degraded paths are not supported. ”
This is because I am the SQL is 2008R2 version, and the computer room of the database is version 2008 (of course, the 2008 version below will also appear this situation). For the time being I know there are only two solutions:
First, the lower version of the computer's SQL upgrade to a higher version can be. But this is not only a waste of time, but also very troublesome.
Second, in the high-version of the computer to use the database to generate a lower script. Then create a new database with the same name in the lower version of the database and execute the script generated on the high-build computer. The steps are as follows:
1. Right-click the database to generate the script, select Task-Generate script
2. Enter the build script surface--Next
3. Select a specific database object--table--Choose All--Next
4. Select Advanced (Note the file name where the path to the script is generated)
·
5. Select the version you want to script in the Advanced page, "Scripting for Server Version"--OK--Next
6. Select Next
7. Wait for the system to save and publish the script complete--complete
8. Create a database with the same name on the lower version of the computer, and then double-click Open the generated script file to execute.
Open the database you just created and see if you have a table in the database. Just the contents of the table are gone and need to be added again. OK, ready for acceptance.
